Like signing the title over and what else? How do you sign the title over? I know it sounds stupid, but this will be my first car bought.

First ,,,go to your local motor vehicle licencing office,,and have a background check done on it,,make sure there are no outstanding debts on the car,,and if it comes up clear,,then all you gotta do is sign the papers and have fun

   in pa you are required to have insurance on an automobile.

   Copy down the VIN# take it to your insurance agent ,draft a policy, then with proof os insurance you can get car registered in your name.
